Cant find your appoinement time or therapist?
If you cannot find the appointment time or therapist you require, please contact us by email info@ivytherapy.com or call 0131 629 6428 for further info or to be placed on our waiting list.
Cancellation Policy
We operate a 48 hour cancellation policy. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, if you cancel within 48 hours a cancellation fee will apply. Please see below:
- 49+ hours – no problem, thanks for letting us know!
- 48-25 hours – 50% fee
- Within 24 hours – 100% fee
- No show – 100% fee, 50% deposit required for any future bookings
A booking confirmation email is sent to you automatically at booking, there is a link where you can reschedule at any time up to 48 hours prior.
A friendly email reminder is also sent 3 days in advance of your appointment, there is a rebooking link if you need to reschedule. At 48 hours this link will not work as it’s within our cancellation period.
We are closed on Sundays & Mondays. If you need to reschedule an appointment whilst we are closed please do so online out with 48 hours.
